Store Manager

Below The Belt is a proudly Canadian-owned clothing and lifestyle retailer carrying top denim, streetwear, and fashion brands including Levi’s, Carhartt, Ariat, and more. We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Store Manager who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and knows how to build a strong team culture. If you’re passionate about customer experience, team leadership, and creating a store people want to shop in, we want to hear from you. 

What You’ll Do:

Lead, motivate, and support a high-energy sales team. 

Create an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor.

Recruit, train, and develop team members 

Build a positive, inclusive, and team-driven store culture 

Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention 

Keep the store visually fresh, organized, and on-trend 

Support company initiatives and brand standards 

Lead by example and bring positive energy to every shift 

What We’re Looking:

For Retail leadership or management experience preferred 

Strong communication and people skills 

Passion for fashion, denim, streetwear, and lifestyle brands 

A confident leader who enjoys coaching and developing others 

Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment 

Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently 

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays 

Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting boxes, and using ladders
