New Look New Experience

The Centre is excited to announce Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust has confirmed a $43 million renovation/redevelopment project for the shopping centre. This renovation will include modernizing the interior and exterior of the property including new flooring, ceilings, food court and a relocated Guest Services connecting Centre East and Centre West. The redevelopment will include the development of the new Cineplex theatre and refitting the balance of the former Target space. The modernization will be performed in phases and will take place over the next 15 – 18 months with a completion date of 2020. We look forward to providing our customers with a New Look and a New Experience.

Mural Placement
The Centre has been fortunate to have displayed the murals for over 23 years. While we are looking forward to the exciting renovation of the shopping centre, we know the murals are important to the community and are doing our best to find new homes for them. We’ve made some good progress in locating and reaching out to the original artists. We’ll also be reaching out to other community groups or businesses to help ensure the murals live on in the community.
